It is understood and agreed that any misrepresentation by me in this application will be sufficient cause for cancellation of this application. Furthermore, I understand that * The Native Village of Napaimute reserves the right to reject any and all home site applications at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice. I understand that no representative of The Native Village of Napaimute has the authority to make any assurances to the contrary.

I give the Native Village of Napaimute the right to conduct a background investigation to secure additional information about me. I hereby release from liability the Native Village of Napaimute and its representatives for seeking such information and all other persons, corporations or organizations for furnishing such information.

I understand that this is the first step of the application process and that once a determination has been made on this application that I will be provided with additional information relative to establishing a home site at Napaimute, AK.

This application is current for only sixty (60) days. At the conclusion of this time, if I have not heard from the Native Village of Napaimute and still wish to be considered for future home site offerings, I understand that it will be necessary for me to fill out a new application.

Please enclose a $100 non-refundable check made payable to the Native Village of Napaimute to cover the expense of back ground investigation and processing. Return application and check to the address above. Applications must be received by March 31, 2010.

*Applicants are strongly encouraged to thoroughly review The Napaimute Home Site Ordinance, Right-of-Entry Permit, and Residential (long term) Lease Agreement documents on the Napaimute website: www.napaimute.org, prior to completing this application. Feel free to call the Napaimute Office if you have further questions.
